Introduction:
At SK Snacks, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here is our policy regarding cancellations.
Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. we will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. For example, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
- If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%. In case of custom packed products that are packed
specially for a customer, cancellation will not be entertained.
Refund for Cancellations:
If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, we will refund your payment in full. The refund will be processed within [Number] days to your original method of payment.
Changes to Orders:
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is processed.
